Most of my time right now goes into building Service Desk Automation (ITSM) on the DevRev platform. It's the kind of problem where AI agents can genuinely save people time if you get the details right.

• Pakka — an open-source harness for Claude Code: compression, review gates, cross-session recall
• Bungu — a native macOS markdown editor with local AI chat and git built in
• An agentic IDE for builders (early days)

Personal

Writing a fiction novel inspired by the true stories of my father, who was a police officer in Bihar, India. Just finished the third chapter last weekend. Writing fiction is a completely different muscle than anything else I do, and I'm enjoying the slowness of it.

Doing watercolor painting with the kids on weekends. My older son and I are also learning how to play Go together. He's picking it up faster than I am.

What revenue systems look like in the AI era. Most of the tooling was designed for a world where humans updated CRM fields and managers rolled up forecasts. That world is changing fast. Two recent essays came out of this: Revenue systems need memory and The case for a revenue intelligence layer. Still pulling at that thread.
